 01).What are the device requirements for Pocket PRP? Will Pocket PRP run on my phone or PDA?

Ans. Pocket PRP runs on all devices with Windows mobile operating system (Pocket PC or Smartphone) see  the compatibility page for full details.  The wireless connectivity may be through 802.11 (WiFi) or a wide area network connection such as a wireless carrier.


02). How do I install Pocket PRP on my device?

Ans. Download the file by clicking download. Make sure your device is connected to your computer using its cable, double click on the file and follow the on-screen instructions.
You can also install the file directly on the device by going to http://www.softonhand.com/Windows_Mobile_Pocket_PC_Smartphone_Software/Pocket_PRP/PRP_Download.html from your mobile device and download the CAB.


03).How do I uninstall Pocket PRP from my Windows Mobile Pocket PC?

Ans. To remove the product from your device:
- Go to Start menu
>> Settings.
- Select System Tab and tap on Remove Programs.
- Select PocketPRP from the list and tap on the Remove button.
- Choose “Yes” to confirm removing.


04).How purchase/Subscribe Pocket PRP?

Ans. To purchase/subscribe to Pocket PRP visit http://www.softonhand.com/purchase.html from your desktop or simply subscribe from your device by selecting Subscribe from MyPRP.


05). I am receiving a message that says that my free trial of Pocket PRP has expired. Why?/How do I renew my subscription?

Ans. This error indicates that you do not have a valid subscription. For more details visit www.softonhand.com or select Subscribe option from your device to renew your subscription.


06). I got the registration/activation code. How do I use it?

Ans. - Launch Pocket PRP.
- Select MyPRP from the menu.
- Select Register.
- Enter the key and click on Enter Key.


07). The registration code I got doesn't work. What should I do?

Ans. Please try to enter the code again without dashes or spaces.

08). I have two devices. Can I use my Pocket PRP subscription on both?

Ans. No can't use the same subscription on more than one device. You need to have separate subscription.


09). I am unable to update Stock/Weather/Currency/Clock. Why?

Ans. Verify your internet connection on your wireless device. You can do this by launching the default browser on your wireless device and trying to connect to a web site. If you are unable to connect to a web site , you may not have a data connection. Please contact your wireless carrier or network administrator. An active internet connection is required to utilize Pocket PRP. If you are able to connect to a web site, but unable to update, please contact us at support@softonhand.com. Please include any error messages you receive while updating.
